Night Rye IPA
Black IPA with 30% rye in recipe. It is presented in the glass in black, with mahogany reflections. The foam is abundant and fine-grained, with a long persistence. On the nose the roasting notes (especially green coffee) are well balanced by the generous aroma hopping carried out with our cold hopping system. On the palate the rather enveloping body is immediately evident, also given by the medium alcohol content (7% vol.). The toasted notes of the malts are again clearly evident, flanked by the citrus and exotic part of the most modern American hops used. Before drinking it, leave it out of the fridge for half an hour. It gives its best starting from 10 ° C.
