New entry! New creation. it is a barrique beer vinegar born from a blend of 4 of our beers: Stout, XPOCHI, IPA and Red. The appearance is clear amber. Average acidity of 5% which makes it more delicate than the same wine which usually exceeds 6%. It is aged in the barrels previously used to make the wild shot beers line and bottled in very elegant 250ml bottles with drip-free screw cap. The acidity, as mentioned above, is more delicate than a classic wine vinegar, and at the same time this gives a wide spectrum of fruity and cereal sensations. Excellent with salads, but also to be combined with soft cheeses.
