This is our first LAGER (German Pilsner). It has been brewed with Saaz and K-Golding hops. Color is straw yellow, perfectly clear. Alcohol is 4.7% ABV. Aroma is honey and dry hay. In the mouth the malt backbone shows its character linked to honey and to the hay but with a grass touch linked to the european hops. It’s a perfect summer drink.
